선규 영어스피치 본선진출에 즈음하여...

영미교육과 한국교육의 가장큰 차이는 ... 내가 생각할때는... 영미교육은 리더를 만드는교육 / 한국교육은 종을 만드는교육이라생각하는데... 리더는 스스로 생각하고 다른사람과의 토론을 통해 , 최선의 결정을 도출하고 , 거기에대해 책임을 지는거지만 , 한국교육은 남이 만들어 놓은 이론을 달달달 외워서 종이되게 만들고 , 리더가 말하는대로 아무생각없이 행동하게하고 책임을 지지도 않는다. ( your uncle think main difference between british or american education and korean education system is ... british american education is targeting to make leaders who think for theirselves and to derive the possible best decision after discussing with other people and then to take responsible for that , but korean education is just concerned for making slaves who just memorize other leaders' theories and take action according to their command and never take responsibilities. )

선규는 한국교육시스템안에 있지만 , 이런 영어스피치와 같은 프로그램을통해서 , 그 교육시스템을 초월해서 리더가 되길 기도한다. ( your uncle know you are in korean education system , but through programs like this English speech , I pray you can transcend the system and can be a leader ).

다른 사람이 말할때 잠잠히 있지말고 말해라 너는 리더니까... 호기심을가지고 , 질문해라 , 혹은 토론해라. 그리고 너 스스로 너 주변의 문제에대해 최고의 해답을 찾아라. ( speak you are leader , do not just stay calm , when the other persons speak , be curious and ask questions and debate and find for yourself the best solution for the problems around you ! )
